This is an update to a previous review of Full Measure Kitchen & Bath:

We have just completed our second bathroom remodeling project with Full Measure, which should tell you something about how positively we felt about the results of the first project. We are now very happy with the outcome of this second project as well. Both of the two bathrooms were previously very outdated and mechanically subpar – floor tiles in poor condition, shower controls difficult to use, and so on. Now we love how both of the new bathrooms look, and how much more functional they are than what they replaced. And we’re relieved and proud to have a lovely bathroom for our guests.

If you have experience with remodeling projects, you know that there are always surprises and challenges along the way – particularly in an old house, as is ours. The staff at Full Measure are really good at assessing unexpected issues and coming up with good solutions. And they don’t try to nickel-and-dime you when changes need to be made. At least in our two cases, the price we paid was the original price that we signed up for, even though additional unexpected work was needed in each case to complete the jobs.

We were also impressed with the short amount of time that was required in each case to complete a remodeling job. The installation crew showed up each day as expected, and put in a full day of work.

I also must add that Landon, the owner, is personally engaged in his projects, and is highly motivated to deliver quality results. It was a pleasure working with him.

So, we’re happy customers, and we would not hesitate to engage with them again, after two successful projects. Highly recommended.

Full Measure did a complete renovation of my guest bathroom, including a tub-to-shower conversion, custom vanity, tile, and flooring. Landon and his team made the process painless. full measure fully remodeled my kitchen from top to bottom, had the concrete foundation leveled gutted the heavily textured drywall and replaced with a smoother finish, cabinets and floors literally everything. Landon and Ed were both very attentive to any concerns and made sure my wife and I were happy before final payment. Landon the designer/owner presented us a wonderful design for a kitchen remodel including knowing down a load bearing wall and relocation sink and stove. Way more functional and opened up the space in a great way. Ed the project manager didn't an amazing job and communicated all the way from start to finish. Love my kitchen On time, on schedule, on budget due largely to a great project manager. I had a wonderful experience getting my brand new kitchen. Breathtaking! Redid my shower. It was a “cave” type, over 50 years old. Saw a commercial for these guys and am extremely happy I chose them! They truly do use the best contractors around. 5 stars to Chris and his assistant!!

Outstanding Full Measure provided a major renovation of our kitchen and bath. The project was completed on schedule and within budget in spite of the challenges of working within a building more than one hundred years old. Full Measure K&B just finished remodeling our two bathrooms. We had them remove bathtubs and covert them to walk-in showers, new vanities, cabinet and sinks etc. We chose the Swanstone products, which are very good quality. Their install crew Chavez and Javier are very good and pay attention to detail, which made us comfortable with the job they did. The bathrooms turned out beautiful. Overall we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Full Measure remodeled my kitchen. The job consisted of replacing cabinets, countertop, backsplash tile, installing under counter lighting, extending a small area of soffit, and new refrigerator and over the oven microwave.
My neighbor used Full Measure for their kitchen remodel and recommended them. I called and setup an appointment for a consultation in my home.
Landon Jones, owner/designer, came out to discuss the project. He provided an overview of his company and what they can offer. We discussed my ideas, the extent of the remodel and budget available. Landon made some great suggestions. I was impressed with his presentation and hired Full Measure for my kitchen remodel.
Full Measure does not supply countertops (granite, quartz) or appliances but referred companies. The project started with Landon taking measurements of my kitchen and creating computer-based design and drawings. I requested some minor changes. I picked out the cabinet style from one of his suppliers. Landon met me at the stores to pick out the granite countertop and backsplash. His design and aesthetic suggestions were greatly appreciated.
The construction started with project managers, Mike Ruiz and JR Moore, and the contracted crew meeting at my house to discuss the details of the project. Periodically as the project progressed, JR came by to review the the work. I had some concerns and there were a few problems along the way. JR and Mike were very attentive to my concerns and provided solutions or repairs to correct the problems.
Mike came by to review the project as it neared completion. Mike Ruiz seems to be the company expert! He has an amazing amount of knowledge and experience in this field. He found some workmanship details that didn’t meet his standards. He had “Chavez”, one of the employees, correct the issues. Chavez’s meticulous workmanship was evident in the improvements he made.
I’m very happy with my new kitchen! I recommend Full Measure. Their integrity and high standards are invaluable.

From the initial consultation, through to the final walkthrough, our kitchen remodel experience was pretty smooth and painless. Heather assisted us from the beginning - outlining the total project scope and designing the cabinet layout, to helping us choose backsplash tile and countertop material. Landon and Michael were on call to oversee the entire demo and installation process. We love our new kitchen and would highly recommend if your kitchen needs an upgrade.

Darren was such a pleasant young man. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The range of products was impressive and he covered all our options.

Full Measure Kitchen & Bath did a wonderful job of our kitchen renovation in October, 2024. Landon worked with us, drew the plan, every detail & cost involved. All written down & he gave us copies of it. If there are extra expenses, they let us know & we work from there.
Mike & Jesus did the demolition, checked the plumbing, electrical work, the gas line. They were meticulous at every step of the renovation. Before they leave for the day, they cleaned up “the day’s work”. I fully trusted them when I leave the house to do errands.
Landon took us to shop for the countertops, the backsplash & referred us to Builder’s Source for appliances.
Overall, we are very happy with the outcome of our kitchen project & would highly refer them to everyone who is interested in renovation.

The collection, maintenance, and transmission of our specs from stage to stage of the project was worrisomely sloppy. We found ourselves correcting the same mistakes more than once. And the documentation of our selections did not capture important details that we could have used for our own quality control. The pile of yellow sheets that we were presented looked comprehensive, but it definitely wasn’t. I’ll be speaking with FM management to encourage better processes. And they will need to be taken seriously for us to hire them again.

They did an amazing job removing my walk-in tub and installing a beautiful walk-in shower! Went the extra mile during installation so that everything was perfect! Quality products that will last. Highly recommend. Always on time and ready to work. Will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Great team that worked together from sales thru installation!

Full Measure did a kitchen remodel for us just under a year ago and I wanted to wait a bit before providing a review to make sure that we were pleased with the results. We are!!!
We initially met with Dana to discuss what we wanted to accomplish, and design the desired changes we wanted. She was an excellent partner and guide through the entire process of taking the vision and making it into reality. Her knowledge and experience were invaluable in coming up with the final design and making decisions on all of the different aspects, from paint, to cabinets, to countertops, to flooring.
After several weeks of waiting for everything to arrive so that work could begin we met with Jason who would be the primary installer for the job. He was very friendly and was easy to talk to. We had lots of questions about the process and timing of the various steps in the remodel and Jason did a great job of answering and reassuring us of how things would work out. He did everything he could to keep everything rolling along, given challenges with scheduling subcontractors and getting necessary materials.
We were simultaneously doing some DIY remodeling elsewhere in the house and Jason very kindly provided guidance and suggestions on some areas where we had little knowledge.
Although the kitchen remodeling process took a few months from the initial meeting with Dana to work being completed, Dana and Jason were great to work with and we are extremely pleased with the final results.

Installers Clayton and Alex did a remarkable job converting my tub into a beautiful walk in shower, and it took less than 6 hours!

I had a bath to shower conversion done with a partial wall built in lieu of a shower door. Mike and Jesus did a great job, worked nonstop, and kept me informed. The job was completed sooner than planned and the final product is beautiful. I am very happy with the end result and my decision to go with Full Measure. Thank You!

Full Measure performed a demo of my old tub and shower, and replaced it. I could not be happier with the price and service.

I shopped around with Rebath, Bath Fitter, and others, but Full Measure came in considerably less expensive (~40% less). Their salesman was very polite and patient as my wife and I looked through their options and made our selections. Once we put the deposit in, they placed the order for the materials.

The materials came in early, and all of the in-house work took place between about 9:30am and 4:00PM. They completed it in just 1 day. The installers were very kind and did a great job explaining what they were doing, and talking over how I should care for the product.

All around it was a very easy experience, I would recommend them (and will likely use them again myself)!

They did a wonderful job with our bathroom. It’s a small skinny space and the color scheme is beautiful. We had our kitchen remodeled a few years back and we have had some trouble with the LED lights that were installed. Full Measure has been good about coming out to fix them. We called a couple of weeks ago for a light that was constantly flickering. They were short staffed due to the Holiday season, so the Sales Manager (Jeff Poole) stepped outside of his normal role to come out and replace the light. Thanks for being responsive!

Amazing remodel done on our bathroom! The production team and installers were very professional and did high quality work. The designer Chris did a fantastic job helping us design our bathroom and it turned out better than we thought.

Landon helped us take the initial measurements and get us a quote. Brad and Matt did the actual remodel. And all three were so helpful and kind! We got quotes from two other companies, and everyone else offered less features for the same price.

The kitchen remodel didn't go perfectly. They used a slightly different tile than we asked for on the backsplash and the wrong grout color (just by a little bit). But considering that our remodel was all new cabinets, a new pantry, new plumbing for the fridge and dishwasher, a new sink, a new microwave/rangehood, and some new flooring; then I'd still consider the job 5 stars. Especially when compared to the company we went with to do our countertop, Full Measure was kind, responsive, and gave us a lot of bang for our buck.

If we wind up remodeling either of our bathrooms before we move, we'll be going with full measure for certain.

Really happy with the bathroom remodel that these guys did for me. It took a long time to get the supplies, so the project was slow to start, but they warned me that this would be the case and the timeline they gave was dead on. They also worked with me on pricing, so I feel like I got a good deal. The actual contractors were friendly, did great work, and were really good about wearing masks (home repairs in the time of COVID19). Everyone went above and beyond.

FMKB did an amazing job remodeling our old, dated kitchen. FMKB gave us start-to-finish support and consultation, and arranged everything so that this major project was no hassle at all for my husband or myself. They worked with us every step of the way, even when we encountered unusual or unexpected issues with the previous construction and design of our home. I had heard stories form others about how stressful a remodel can be, but with the help of FMKB our project went smoothly and felt like ti was done in no time. The result--gorgeous!
