Landon Jones

Co-Owner

Landon was raised in the trade. His father owned and operated a cabinet shop, and Landon spent his earliest years learning every part of the craft — designing layouts, milling stock, fitting cabinetry, and installing the finished work. More than three decades later, he’s one of New Mexico’s most experienced kitchen and bath designers, with an instinct for spatial flow and detail that only comes from a lifetime of doing the work by hand.

Landon joined the company in 2016 as a lead designer and became co-owner alongside Eric Neill in 2025. He leads design and production across the company’s portfolio, working directly with homeowners on layouts and overseeing the crews who bring those designs to life. Clients describe him as patient, meticulous, and refreshingly straightforward — the kind of designer who tells you what will actually work in your home rather than what looks impressive on a rendering.

Landon lives in Albuquerque with Rebecca, his partner of 25 years.

Eric Neill

Co-Owner & Qualifying Party (NM GB-98 License #370627)

Eric came to home improvement after decades of building and running successful companies across several industries. Where Landon’s instinct is craft, Eric’s is operations — the systems, the contracts, and the follow-through that keep a promise made at the kitchen table from slipping once the crews go to work.

Eric is the qualifying party on the company’s GB-98 General Building license, under which Sandia Sunrooms has operated continuously since 1999. Alongside Landon, he leads the family of brands — Sandia Sunrooms & Windows, Full Measure Kitchen & Bath, Better Built Homes NM, and Sandia Windows & Doors — handling the strategy, contracts, and business operations that keep the company on a solid footing so the design and production teams can focus on the work.

Eric has called New Mexico home for two decades, where he and his wife have raised a large family of biological and adopted children.
